Theydon Bois Horticultural Society is organising a trip to Leonardslee Gardens. First planted in 1801, the Grade I Listed gardens on the 240-acre estate features outstanding scenery throughout the year and is particularly majestic as it blooms in spring.
EHS members are welcome to join this trip on Saturday 2nd May departing from Theydon Bois Village Hall at 9.30am, estimated return 5.00pm. Contact Margaret Jones for more details or to book.

Once again many brave gardeners are exposing their efforts to public scrutiny! This year there will also be some open allotments at Meadow Road. Mark the date, more details in due course.

Join the Scarecrow Festival this year – just create a scarecrow and put it in your garden for visitors to find on the maps provided.
Last year was really successful and it is hoped that this year will also brighten the town with lots of inventive creations!

Come along to our AGM and support your Society! Please also bring your best single stem rose for the Rose Competition. There will as usual be refreshments and a raffle.
EHS will be running a stall at the annual Epping Town Show. Expect to find plants for sale and other gardening goods. Come and visit us!
